Welcome to Amairani
We are a group of friends, daughters of the earth and passionate about nature, who 10 years ago dreamed of creating a self-sustaining space in the Peruvian jungle. Our goal was to protect and conserve the biodiversity of this ecosystem.
That dream has come true: we are Amairani Ecolodge, a 12-hectare refuge located in the buffer zone of the Escalera Mountain Range, in the San Martín region. Here, nature is our guide, and with it we cultivate the principles of permaculture, respect for life and the search for sustainability as our main purpose.
At Amairani, ecotourism and eco-lodging come together with one mission: to raise awareness, educate and preserve. A percentage of what you invest in your stay goes to caring for the forest, helping to protect biodiversity and keep this unique ecosystem alive.
Get to know our cabins
We have 2 large, spacious, rustic and beautiful cabins, built by people from our community, with local materials and techniques.
The distribution is made according to the visitor's needs (single, double, matrimonial, triple), each cabin has a private dry bathroom and semi-open shower, so you can see our jungle; they are also supplied with solar energy.
Both cabins have hammocks where you can relax and listen to the sound of the jungle. With two floors, they offer a beautiful view over the immensity of the jungle.

Maloka: A Sacred Space of Connection and Energy
Our maloka, built with wood and leaves, is a ceremonial circle eight meters in diameter where the energy of the jungle flows in perfect harmony. This natural temple, protected by Pachamama, is a meeting point for union, learning and healing.
Here, ceremonies, therapies and ancestral teachings intertwine with the force of nature, creating an ideal space for meditation, yoga and spiritual retreats.

We are located in the town of San José, a place surrounded by waterfalls, hot springs and beautiful walking trails.
Our house has two bedrooms with double beds on the second floor, offering a stunning view of the Escalera Mountain Range.
On the ground floor, you can immerse yourself in the singing of birds, the peace of the forest, the freshness of the river and the magic of the jungle.
